Your Body Is Already Talking
Every day, women are told to eat more protein, train harder, improve their sleep, reduce stress, balance their hormones, or take supplements. None of this advice is necessarily wrong. The challenge is knowing what your body actually needs right now.
Because your body is constantly communicating with you through your energy, sleep, recovery, hunger, mood and your cycle.
I help you understand those signals, connect the dots, and make confident decisions that fit your body and your life.
Health isn't about doing everything.
It's about understanding what matters most for you.

Your Body Changes
And so does its language
Childhood. Your Cycle. Pregnancy. Perimenopause. Menopause.
Every season of life brings a different conversation.
Your body never stops communicating.
The language simply changes.
What worked before may no longer be what your body needs today.
You don't need to fight your changing body. You need to learn how to understand it.
How I Help You Understand Your Body
Understanding your body is about seeing the bigger picture. Together, we'll explore what's influencing your body, connect the patterns, and decide what actually matters for you.
LISTEN
We begin by listening to what your body is already telling you. Not just one symptom - but the whole picture.
CONNECT
Together, we'll connect your symptoms, habits, lifestyle and life stage.
That's where clarity begins.
RESPOND
We'll create a plan that fits your body - not someone else's. Small changes. Clear direction. Lasting habits.

UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY. MAKE CONFIDENT DECISIONS. TRUST YOURSELF.
Hi, I am
Romy!
I know what it's like to question your own body.
To wonder why the things that once worked suddenly don't anymore. And to realize that the answer it's understanding what's changed.
My own journey into women's health began when I discovered I have elevated Lipoprotein(a), a genetic risk factor for cardiovascular disease.
That diagnosis changed the way I think about health. It sparked a deep curiosity about prevention, nutrition, longevity, and how our bodies change throughout life.
Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition with a deep understanding of the female body to help women stop guessing and start understanding.
What matters most to me it's helping you build the confidence to understand your own body - for today, and for every season that follows.
Why women choose to work with me:
-
I listen before I recommend.
-
I connect the dots instead of focusing on isolated symptoms.
-
I translate science into practical, everyday decisions.
-
I believe your body is trying to help you
Because when you understand your body, you make better decisions for the rest of your life.
