Romy!
My work has always been about helping people create more awareness, clarity, and intentional change.
My own journey into longevity began when I learned that I have elevated Lipoprotein(a) levels—a genetic risk factor for cardiovascular disease.
It sparked a deep curiosity about prevention, nutrition, and the powerful role lifestyle plays in how we age. That curiosity eventually became a profession.
I combine evidence-based nutrition coaching with a special focus on women's fitness, longevity, and nutrition throughout different life stages.
I have a particular interest in supporting women 40+ through the transition of perimenopause and menopause, helping them adapt their nutrition and lifestyle strategies to a changing body.
My goal is to help you build a strong, healthy body that supports the life you want to live.
