Who am I

Hi, I am

Romy!

For years I have worked at the intersection of wellbeing, coaching and human-centered design.

My work has always been about helping people create more awareness, clarity, and intentional change.

My own journey into nutrition began when I learned that I have elevated Lipoprotein(a) levels—a genetic risk factor for cardiovascular disease. It was a reminder that while we can't change our genes, we can influence many of the factors that shape how we age, how we feel, and how we move through life.

That experience sparked a deeper interest in nutrition, prevention, and healthy aging, eventually leading me to become a certified Health & Nutrition Coach.

Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition coaching with a holistic understanding of women's health, behavior change, and sustainable habits.

My goal is to help you build a way of eating and living that supports the life you want to create.
